TERMS OF SERVICE
Henri Barrie — Where Sound Becomes Identity
By purchasing any service from henribarrie.com you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Henri Barrie provides online mixing, mastering and audio services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
2. Orders All orders are final once payment is received. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
3. File Delivery After purchase you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to send your files. Files must be sent via WeTransfer to henribarrie@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
4. Delivery Time
- 1 song: 2 to 3 days
- 5 songs: 2 to 5 days
- 10 songs: 2 to 7 days
- Saturdays excluded
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload
5. Revisions Every order includes 1 free revision per song. Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
6. Refunds Due to the digital nature of our services all sales are final. If we are unable to complete your order a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property You retain full ownership of your music. Henri Barrie may use short clips of completed work for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
